1. What is the CHM Club Loyalty Program?
 
The CHM Club is a loyalty program exclusively for the hotel chains under CHM Hotel Management, designed to reward members with points and special 
privileges for their stays.
 
2. Which Hotel Brands Participate in the CHM Club Program?
 
All hotels in Malaysia under the St. Giles, Cititel, Cititel Express, and MiCasa brands are participants in the CHM Club program.
 
3. How Can I Enrol in the CHM Club Program?
 
You can enrol in the CHM Club program through our official website at  www.chmclub.com

4. When Can I Start Using My Membership After Joining?

Your membership will be activated immediately upon successful enrolment.  You will receive Welcome Email, after which you can log in to your account  and start booking rooms right away.

5. How Long Is My Membership Valid?

Your membership is valid for 24 months from the date you enrol. It will automatically renew if you have at least one stay during that period. However, if there are no recorded stays within 24 consecutive months, your membership will be deactivated.

6. Are There Different Tiers in the CHM Club Membership?

Yes, the CHM Club program features three membership tiers: Basic, Elite, and Preferred. Each tier offers different privileges. For more information, please visit www.chmclub.com

7. How Do I Upgrade My Membership Tier?

To upgrade your membership tier, you must accumulate enough Eligible Room Nights within 12 months. Failure to meet the required number of Eligible Room Nights will result in a downgrade to a lower tier.

8. What Is an Eligible Room Night?
 
An Eligible Room Night refers to any night spent at a participating hotel, provided the room was booked directly through the hotel’s official booking channels, such as the official website, phone, email, or walk-in, at qualifying room rates.

9. How Do I Earn Eligible Room Nights?

Eligible Room Nights are accrued for each completed stay at participating hotels, provided the room is booked directly through the hotel’s official channels at qualifying room rates. Bookings made under government, group or event rates or online travel agents do not qualify.

10.How Do I Earn CHM Club Points?

Members can earn CHM Club Points for each completed stay booked at qualifying room rates through the hotel’s official channels (website, phone, email, walk in). The booking does not require the member to be the staying guest; however, it must be made under the same email address used to register for the CHM Club membership. Points cannot be earned for rooms booked through government, group or event rates or online travel agents.

11.What Is the Validity of CHM Club Points?

CHM Club Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited to your account. Points earned through special promotions may have varying validity periods, which can be verified by logging into your account.

12.How Can I Redeem CHM Club Points?

CHM Club Points can be redeemed for free hotel stays via the CHM Club website. If you do not have enough points, you can pay the remaining balance with cash or credit card upon check-in. Alternatively, you can browse the Rewards Catalogue for vouchers available for redemption.

13.Can I Cancel a Room Booking Made with Points?

Yes, you can cancel such bookings; however, the points used for the booking are non-refundable.

14.What Should I Do If My Points Aren’t Credited After 5 Working Days?

If your points haven’t been credited within five working days after checkout, you can submit a “Report Missing Points” form found under “My Account and Rewards” on the CHM Club website. We will investigate and respond within 10 working days.

5.Can I Transfer My CHM Club Points or Eligible Room Nights to Another Member?

No, CHM Club Points and Eligible Room Nights are non-transferable.

16.When Will I Receive My Birthday Reward?

Your Birthday Reward will be credited to your account two months before your birthday. The Birthday Voucher can be used only during your birthday month and requires a reservation at least one month in advance.

17.Can I Use My Birthday Reward to Book a Stay for My Friends or Family?

No, the Birthday Reward is exclusively for the member’s own stay. If the hotel determines that the room is not occupied by the member, the Birthday Reward will be voided, and the walk-in rate will be charged.

18.What Is the Tier Upgrade & Retention Reward?

Members who either upgrade to or maintain in Elite or Preferred tiers within 12 months will receive a reward credited to their account within two weeks of achieving this status.

19. How Can I Access the Member’s Special Room Booking Discount?

The Member’s Special Discount for room bookings is automatically applied when you log in to your account on the CHM Club website.

20. How Can I Terminate My Membership?

To terminate your membership, you may contact CHM Club at customerservice@chmclub.com or opt for termination through the CHM Club website
